Rates for Installation, Commissioning and Service
The charges are valid for 2022 :
Salaries / Charges (Supervisor Customer Service)
Normal working time: Monday - Friday 8 hours at CHF. 190.00 per hour CHF. 1'520.00 per day
Overtime: Monday - Friday / Night work (11pm - 6am)
CHF. 230.00 per hour
Saturdays CHF. 230.00 per hour
Sundays and statutory holidays, night overtime CHF. 280.00 per hour
Travelling time
Actual time, even in excess of 8 hours CHF. 190.00 per hour
Traveling expenses / at cost
Accommodation / at cost
Meals and incidental expenses CHF. 110.00 per day
Express mobilisation within 48 hours will be charged with a fee of
CHF. 2'000.00
No taxes are included in the service rates. All extra costs are the responsibility of the customer.
TRAVELLING EXPENSES
A)
Air ticket : Europe economy class; other business class
Rail ticket: 1st class
Rental car or private car CHF. 0.90 / km
Any other costs arising from the journey and charges for taxis, telephone calls, telegrams, baggage handling etc.
B)
Cost of daily travel from hotel to workplace and return ( tram, bus, taxi, rental car or privat car)
MEALS / INCIDENTAL EXPENSES AND ACCOMMODATION EXPENSES
The meals and incidental expenses will be charged per calendar day. Accommodation will be invoiced at cost.
The accommodation has to be in clean condition and according to European standard (at least 3* hotel class).
Payment for the accommodation may be directly by the customer.
CANCELLATION COSTS
Counted from Monday to Friday according to European working week.
More than 72 hrs. before departure, no costs are charged.
From 48 to 72 hrs. before departure, CHF. 1`150.00 will be charged.
Less than 48 hrs. before departure, CHF. 1`800.00 will be charged.
STATUTORY HOLIDAYS
All official holidays in the country in which is being carried out.
The client will be charged waiting time if is not possible to work on these holidays.
In Switzerland, the statutory are :
New Year ( 1st / 2nd January )
Good Friday, Easter Sunday and Monday, Ascension,
1st of May, Whit Sunday and Monday,
1st August,
Christmas ( 25th and 26th December )
Special tariffs apply for work that has to be carried out during company shut-down during Christmas and New Year.
All costs will be charged in CHF. (Swiss franc)
Terms of payment :
30 days net after date of invoice.
Our general conditions of sale are to be considered as an integral part of the above quoted rates and conditions.
Changes to the aforementioned conditions are only accepted if expressly confirmed in writing by excellent design ag.
